We moved to our 10-acre property just north of Harrow in 2003 — two professors who’d always wanted land and animals. Not coming from a farming background, we learned through trial and lots of error. We still joke about the dumb city-folk moves we made.

All these years later, this land is our oasis. We raise pasture-finished chickens and turkeys, free-range eggs, and native plants — while restoring the property one season at a time.

We love sharing what Windsor-Essex grows. We are deeply committed to eating and shopping local — and honoured to be recognized by Tourism Windsor Essex Pelee Island. Being part of this community has been a tremendous opportunity to connect with neighbours who share our values.
