AI didn’t create new human needs. People still want to feel understood, to solve practical problems, to connect with purpose. The technology changes how quickly you can identify those needs and respond to them—but the needs themselves? Remarkably stable.
Action: Write down the three problems or needs your work addresses. Not what your services are—what people feel when they work with you. That’s your anchor. And it’s not something AI can easily replicate.

You can automate outreach. You can personalize massive amounts of content. But the deals that close, the partnerships that last, the referrals that matter—they’re still born from relationships.
